A family business built on trust
McQueen RV & Boat Storage started with a simple idea: give people a safe, easy place to keep the vehicles that carry their best memories. Fifteen years later, that's still the whole point.
When our founder, Walt McQueen, bought his first RV in 2008, he couldn't find a storage lot he actually trusted. So he built one.
What started as forty uncovered spots along South McQueen Road in south Chandler is now a full-service facility with covered, enclosed, and open-air storage for hundreds of RVs, boats, and trailers — all still run by the McQueen family.
We live in this community. We store our own boats here. We know what it means to hand off the keys to something you've spent years paying off and dreaming about. That's why we obsess over the details: the lighting, the gate, the drainage, the friendly face at the office.

The McQueen family opens the first 40 uncovered spots on S McQueen Rd.
2014
Added 80 covered canopy units after demand from local boaters.

Built the enclosed bay wing with power and individual doors.

Upgraded to HD camera system and new keypad gate access.
